A major flash flood has resulted in the deaths of at least two people, with one person still unaccounted for. The bodies of a Texas chiropractor and another person have been found. Approximately 80 people were rescued over the weekend.

The flood caused significant damage, including severe damage to the only water pipeline into the area. As a result, emergency water restrictions have been issued for year-round residents, and tourists are barred from staying at lodges and hotels.
