A Fort Worth dentist was arrested in connection with the death of a 4-year-old girl who underwent a dental procedure. The girl, who was taken to a hospital after becoming unresponsive, was pronounced dead.

The arrest occurred more than three months after the incident, with the dentist being charged with injury to a child. The procedure in question was a frenectomy, or tongue-tie procedure, that took place at a dental office in Fort Worth.
