A recall has been issued for a popular children's sandal sold at Target stores, including those in the Frisco area. The recall affects Cat & Jack-branded sandals with decorative pearls that can fall off, posing a choking hazard.

The recalled sandals are tan in color and have two raffia straps with gold buckles. They were sold in sizes 5T through 12T for about $22.
